Microlistics’ dedicated support team provides clients with 24 hour support, seven days a week.

The support team is based in Australia, staffed by experienced engineers who have a great knowledge of the ISIS WMS.

A turnkey support solution can be offered, which includes fully supporting the ISIS server infrastructure, application, database and operating system.

Only a phone call away, the support team is available to assist you, not only with solving support issues, but also with fully leveraging your investment in ISIS software to maximize returns.

The support team uses the leading edge incident tracking software package, OTRS (Open source Ticket
R
equest System). This software tracks, escalates and notifies clients of issues and issues’ resolution via email. This software also has a facility which enables the Support Manager to conduct trend analysis.

To ensure the support team provides the highest level of service, Microlistics has a policy of sending support personnel out on site to gain an appreciation of the client's operating environment. This has been a great success in ensuring that the assistance which is provided by support is realistic and within the operating guidelines of the client. While on site, support also gains implementation experience to further enhance their knowledge base, as well as establishing a better working relationship with our key users.
